Curation is respect
A person checks every role before a student sees it. No ghost listings, no five-hundred-applicant reposts, no easy-apply into nowhere.
About Ambees
Every posting on the big boards collects hundreds of applications in a weekend. Students fire résumés into the void, recruiters drown in noise, and the roles actually worth taking close while everyone is busy refreshing.
Ambees is a smaller, calmer bet: fewer roles, each checked by a person. One profile that carries. And deadlines treated like they matter — because they do.
What we believe
A person checks every role before a student sees it. No ghost listings, no five-hundred-applicant reposts, no easy-apply into nowhere.
Your profile and documents carry. Applying is a two-minute review of exactly what the company receives — not another form farm.
A perfect match is worthless the day after it closes. Everything in Ambees hangs off a calendar for precisely that reason.
National programs matter. So does the ten-person team two blocks from campus. The local board gives both the same care.
For students
Tell Ambees how you work once — by talking, if you like — then swipe a deck curated for you, apply in minutes, and let the calendar do the worrying.

Post roles onto a vetted board — national or local — and review real applicants in one workspace: profiles, documents, stages, and notes your whole team can see.
Post a roleAmbees started the way most student projects do: watching friends juggle sixty tabs, three spreadsheets, and a group chat full of “wait, when is the Chevron deadline?”— and deciding the tooling, not the students, was the problem. We are building the version of this we wanted for ourselves: honest inventory, real deadlines, and nothing standing between you and a good offer.
