These starter terms explain the basic rules for student use of Ambees.
Last updated July 14, 2026Ambees helps students discover roles, manage applications, track deadlines, and prepare for recruiting. You are responsible for using the platform lawfully and respectfully.
Student accounts are intended for individual use. Keep your login information secure and tell us if you believe your account has been compromised.
You are responsible for making sure profile information, resumes, transcripts, work authorization details, and other materials you provide are accurate and appropriate to share for recruiting.
Do not upload documents that you do not have the right to use or share.
When you queue or approve an application, you authorize Ambees as your limited agent to prepare and, when instructed, transmit that application to the named employer. This authorization applies only to the packet and role you selected and can be cancelled before the final submission action is claimed.
Review mode requires your approval of the packet. Auto-submit is an optional, explicit account setting. Even with auto-submit enabled, Ambees pauses for unknown required fields, factual certifications, electronic signatures, protected questions, assessments, CAPTCHA, multi-factor authentication, expired sessions, changed forms, or an uncertain result.
Accept employer application terms is a separate optional setting. When you check it and save, you authorize Ambees to check clearly labelled application terms and privacy agreement checkboxes for jobs you choose to apply to. Employer agreements may create obligations between you and the employer. This permission excludes separately requested factual certifications, electronic signatures, waivers, arbitration agreements, background checks, payments, optional marketing, and mixed or unrecognized checkbox statements. You may turn it off to stop future assisted checks; doing so does not undo agreements already accepted.
Some roles may be handled on Ambees and others may use an external employer application system. External sites and their availability are controlled by their owners, not Ambees. Unsupported systems remain manual external applications.
Ambees marks an automated application submitted only after detecting a confirmation page, application identifier, or verified receipt. If confirmation is uncertain, you agree to review the status before applying again.
Ambees does not guarantee that a role will remain open, that an employer will respond, or that an application will result in an interview or offer.
The platform may support information related to work authorization, sponsorship, accommodations, disability status, or other sensitive recruiting needs. Provide this only when you choose to and only when it is useful for your recruiting process.
Ambees does not infer protected-status answers. If you do not provide an answer, the service may use 'Prefer not to answer' only when that choice is available and you previously approved it; otherwise the application pauses for you.
We may restrict or remove content that is inaccurate, unlawful, harmful, or abusive.
You are responsible for reviewing the accuracy of your reusable answers and application packets. Resume and cover-letter assistance may improve wording or ordering only when grounded in information you supplied; it must not be used to invent qualifications, experience, or results.
You must complete CAPTCHA, account login, multi-factor authentication, assessments, factual certifications, electronic signatures, and agreements outside your saved employer terms permission yourself when requested. You may not use Ambees to bypass an employer's access controls or application rules.
Application automation may use Browserbase for isolated browser sessions and, if you separately opt in, Composio for limited email OAuth connections. Employer systems such as Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, and Workday are independent services with their own terms and privacy practices.
You can revoke connected email access, disable auto-submit or employer terms permission, export your information, or delete your account through the available account controls.
We may update features, role listings, recommendation logic, or these terms as the product develops. Continued use of Ambees means you accept the current terms.
If a change materially affects student data practices, we will reflect that in the Privacy Policy.
